As someone who is incredibly curious and thrives on connection, I've always been wired to go deeper. Not just to understand what's happening, but why — what's driving it, what's underneath it, and what it means for the person living it. That curiosity has shaped how I show up in my career, in my relationships, and now in my coaching. Connection is at the heart of everything I do. I believe real change happens when someone feels heard and understood. That's the environment I create in every session.

I started coaching because I relish that moment when things shift. It's that point in a conversation where something just clicks, things start to align, and clients can actually feel the energy change. And I get to witness it. By the end of the session clients feel lighter, clearer, and more confident than when they started.

I have over 25 years of experience working with businesses, from startups to established companies, leading strategy, marketing, and growth. I've spent my career working across organizations, collaborating with teams at every level, and building the kind of trust that makes people actually want to work together. Empathy, transparency, and honest communication are instincts I bring into everything I do.

My coaching is grounded in Core Energy Coaching™, a methodology developed through iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, where I completed a year-long certification program. It means we work from the inside out, focusing on your mindset, your energy, and how you show up in your choices, your relationships, and your work. When that shifts, everything else follows.
